📝**Noose Around Liman**📝 On the **Liman direction**, units of the 25th Army of the Western Military District continue to tighten a semicircle around **Liman**. With each passing day, [more footage](https://t.me/mod_russia/64733) appears confirming the presence of Russian assault groups in the city itself, as well as gradual expansion of the control zone on its southeastern outskirts. 🔻**Where have they managed to advance?** ▪️Russian forces [established the most confident control in the southeastern part](https://t.me/tass_agency/381411) **of Liman**, where assault troops have already raised several flags. Simultaneously, breakthroughs of individual groups into central and northwestern districts of the city are being recorded, however so far this is more a matter of penetration and small-force operations rather than full consolidation across the entire sector. With a high degree of probability, Ukrainian formations will attempt to slow the advance of the RF Armed Forces along the railway line and in the adjacent solid construction. This sector remains convenient for defense: an industrial zone, dense construction, and railway infrastructure allow the AFU to hold individual strongpoints even after losing part of the city. ▪️At the same time, it is premature to speak of complete and stable control over **Liman**. Final consolidation will require clearing wedges in the **Drobychevo — Stavky** sector, where the opponent still maintains a presence and is capable of at least complicating the actions of Russian assault troops with flanking and rear sorties. Effectively, this concerns two interconnected tasks: the assault on **Liman** itself and simultaneous alignment of the front configuration to the northwest of the city. Without suppressing Ukrainian pockets of resistance in the **Drobychevo and Stavky** area, there remains a risk of strikes against the communications of the advancing grouping and prolonging the clearing of the city limits. 🔻**What is happening to the north?** ▪️On the northern flank, in the area of **Sredny**, **Redkodub**, and **Novomykhailivka**, following recent AFU attempts to conduct counterattacks, the situation remains obscured by the "fog of war." Nevertheless, the absence of footage of further enemy advance allows one to assume that Ukrainian formations have at least so far failed to consolidate in the areas of former airborne landings. It is possible that the opponent's intent was not so much to develop their own offensive as to attempt to disrupt the pace of Russian operations under **Liman**, forcing the Western Military District command to divert forces to stabilize the northern sector. So far, however, no signs of serious changes to the front line in this sector are observed. ▪️Overall, the situation for Ukrainian formations on the **Liman direction** continues to gradually deteriorate. Russian units are not only expanding their presence in **Liman** itself, but are also consistently creating conditions for further encirclement of the city, while simultaneously pinning down the opponent on adjacent sectors. ❗️If current offensive rates are maintained, in the near term further consolidation can be expected already in the northwestern part of the city with subsequent clearing of the railway vicinity. ⚡️Front report for the morning of 20.06.26⚡️ **Zaporizhzhia front** On the Kamenske direction, fighting continues in the area of Stepnohirsk and Prymorskyy, it is reported of fierce combat clashes in the area of the settlement Richne. **(Fig. 1.1)** On the Huliaipole direction, RF Armed Forces are conducting clearing operations in pockets between Horky and Huliaipole and between Vozdvyzhenka and Verkhnia Tersa. RF troops are advancing toward Lyubytske and Zarnytsia. Further up the front, fighting is taking place northwest of Aleksandrohrad. **(Fig. 1.2)** **Donetsk front** On the Krasnoarmiysk direction, there is advancement on the sector west of Shevchenko. Fighting continues in the area of Belitske and Novyy Donbas. **(Fig. 2.1)** In Konstantynivka, RF Armed Forces units are advancing through residential areas of the city, it is reported of RF Armed Forces moving into the private sector near the historical center. On the Krasnolyman direction, fighting is taking place in the area of Drobushevo. In Krasnyi Lyman itself, RF Armed Forces are increasing their zone of control in the Tsentralnyy and Pivdennyy microdistricts. The RF Ministry of Defense reported the liberation of the settlement Yurkovka, located 10 kilometers from Sloviansk.
