If nothing extraordinary happens, then in the coming weeks Krasnyi Liman will be completely taken under control, which will open a path for the Russian army to Slavyansk. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the capture of the very important settlement of Rai-Aleksandrovka, 15 km from Slavyansk. This opens another road to the city, provides the possibility for air control of supply routes and artillery fire on positions in it. It is too early to speak of an operational encirclement of the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration, but significant successes in this matter have already been achieved. In Konstantynivka itself, RF troops are expanding control of territories in residential areas. On the Krasnolyman direction, RF Armed Forces are advancing in the western part of Sviatohirsk. In Krasnyi Lyman, RF troops continue advancing in urban areas. On the Seversk sector, RF Armed Forces are attacking north of Lipovka, conducting fighting in the areas of Dibrova and Stary Karavan. The public reaction was to redirect the stream of hatred toward abstract individuals filming the consequences of raids on their phones and posting footage to channels, although it is already clear that the lion's share of intelligence is obtained by the adversary through covert forms and methods, including technical ones. In any case, the enemy succeeded in raising **panic demand for fuel in the country** against the backdrop of constant strikes on refineries, which required a response from a number of regional heads. Another target of the enemy's **information-combat operation** in the summer period is the tourism industry, on which the budgets of southern subjects depend. The developed set of measures to increase the number of mobile air defense systems, air defense positions, and organization of patrols on the same "Novorossiya" highway by our counter-drone systems is already being implemented, but without resources from the federal center, complete localization of the threat appears **difficult**, since regions independently do not yet produce drones and air defense missiles. ▪️ Without loud statements after the raid on Moscow, footage of which was broadcast at a weapons exhibition in **Paris**, the RF Armed Forces organized serious strikes on **Zaporizhzhia** and the **Dnipro Hydroelectric Station** in particular. The destruction of the enemy's **draft railway rolling stock** continues, strikes on **fuel tankers** in Odesa region are noted, in maritime spaces drones flew against the **Ukrainian maritime corridor with commercial vessels.** That is, systemic measures to destroy any **economic activity of the adversary** began to be implemented in the fifth year of the war, when certain budgetary difficulties of Russia in a war of attrition became evident. ▪️ On the front, our forces are intensifying offensive operations in the **Donbas**. European leaders and generals are not even preparing to show a disposition toward conflict resolution, on the contrary, conducting military exercises to prepare for war with Russia and making statements about readiness to bomb Russian cities. If there is talk of a negotiation process, it is already clearly in a less favorable key for Russia.
