Description
Russian authorities claim to have foiled a double bombing attack against a law enforcement building in Pyatigorsk, allegedly planned by Ukrainian special services. Two Russian women were detained carrying homemade explosive devices each estimated at approximately 2 kg TNT equivalent; one device was intended to detonate at the moment a first-responder team was working the initial scene.
